Cleaning
Every slide and negative is gently cleaned using PEC‑12 archival film cleaner and PEC Pads, safely removing dust, fingerprints, and surface residue before scanning. This ensures a clearer image, sharper detail, and the best possible results during restoration.

scanning/digitising
We digitise colour and B&W negatives (135, 110, 126) and 50mm slides using a high‑quality Kodak scanning process, producing crisp 14MP or 22MP images ready for restoration, printing, or sharing.
rebalance colours
Old slides and photos often suffer from colour shifts as the film ages, especially Ektachrome, which commonly fades toward magenta or purple as the cyan dye breaks down. Kodachrome, while more stable, can still lose warmth or contrast over time.
I digitally rebalance these ageing colours, restore natural skin tones, and bring back the original look of the scene. The result is a refreshed, true‑to‑life image that feels authentic to the moment it was captured.

F.A.Q.
Questions About Digitising Your Memories
Absolutely. Many older films — especially Ektachrome, which often shifts toward magenta or purple — benefit greatly from colour correction. I rebalance tones, restore natural colours, and bring the image back to life.
Yes. All slides and negatives are returned in the same condition (actually arguably better, as they will have been cleaned!) they arrived, along with your new digital files.
Turnaround time depends on quantity and condition, but most projects are completed within 7–10 days.
You can choose between a download link, USB drive, or both.
I scan colour and black‑and‑white negatives (135, 110, 126 formats) as well as standard 50mm slides, producing clean, high‑resolution digital files.
